Elite Realty Connections, a prominent luxury apartment and commercial real estate locating company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their property search, providing property tours, offering rental application assistance, negotiating leases, marketing vacant units, and collaborating with our Real Estate Advisors.

Responsibilities:

– Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences for luxury apartments and commercial real estate.

– Conduct property searches and present clients with a curated selection of properties that meet their criteria.

– Arrange and conduct property tours, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each property’s key features.

– Assist clients with rental application processes, providing guidance and support throughout the application submission.

– Negotiate lease terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.

– Collaborate with Real Estate Advisors to align marketing strategies and promote available properties effectively.

– Stay up-to-date with luxury real estate market trends, including property values, rental rates, and emerging developments.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and property availability.

– Utilize various marketing channels, both online and offline, to effectively market vacant units and attract potential tenants.

– Provide exceptional customer service, promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or GED.

– Active real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and persuasive demeanor.

– In-depth knowledge of luxury real estate market trends, including property values, amenities, and neighborhood attributes.

– Experience in marketing and promoting real estate properties is highly desirable.

– Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients’ best interests.

– Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for property searches, communication, and marketing purposes.

– Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

– A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
