– Stay up-to-date with luxury real estate market trends, including property values, rental rates, and emerging developments.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and property availability.
– Utilize various marketing channels, both online and offline, to effectively market vacant units and attract potential tenants.
– Provide exceptional customer service, promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED.
– Active real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
– In-depth knowledge of luxury real estate market trends, including property values, amenities, and neighborhood attributes.
